We need an Art Director

Big things are afoot for Sophia's Fall, though we can't share too many details yet. However, in the meantime, we URGENTLY need to have an Art Director/Illustrator on our team.
This person would be responsible for visualizing all aspects of the pre-production and eventually coordinating designers, including:
- Costumes
- Sets
- Lighting
- Merchandise design
The Art Director would have a continuing involvement with Sophia's Fall as we approach production, and would coordinate the artistic efforts of a set designer, costume designer and lighting designer. This person would create the primary vision for all creative decisions related to the visuals of the set, costumes and lighting. In the very near term, the Art Director would also be responsible for producing illustrations and designs for some early merchandise products that will be a part of our fundraising efforts.
Our ideal Art Director would be interested in working with Sophia's Fall as a partner, not as a gun for hire. We want someone who will take ownership of and responsibility for this critical aspect of the show's development. We are willing to negotiate in terms of payment, but we would prefer someone who is willing to join us in working hard now to reap benefits later. For the right person, we are definitely willing to consider a contractual relationship that would ensure a cut of future profits.
