Alumna Victoria Dicce in "Collective Comedy"

(More blog entries from ben)

Victoria Dicce, our soprano on the recordings available on this website, is producing a fundraiser for two of her upcoming productions. This from Victoria:

Dear Friends,

The next Collective Comedy show is here! Those that have come to previous shows know what a party this is.  To those who have not, it has a huge underground following.  We will have an audience, so I'm not writing to harrass you for a "please support" obligation.  We add more seats every month as we do this for a repeat crowd.  I'm writing because that crowd should should include you!  To see this line-up anywhere else would cost you A LOT OF MONEY. And we have a $20 OPEN BAR to boot (it includes your admission)!

Confirmed so far are Patrice O'Neal, Michael Ian Black, Julian McCullough, "New friends"-Brandon Snider, Maggie Champaign, Brian Bannan.  More are threatening to stop by- (Dave Atell, Sean O'Connor, Mike Destefano, Kurt Metzger).  Feel free to click the Collective Comedy logo on our website to see the amazing past performers who have crashed our show.  Aside from the confirmed acts, you never know who will stop by - Demetri Martin on several occasions, for one!!

*This time around, it is a benefit for our two upcoming productions: "The Gated Series" by Marisa Marquez and our first One-Act festival of all original work developed within The Collective.

Email me with any questions and I'll see you all there!
